everStor encourages customers to extend the duration of our professional technical support through an Annual Service Fee. Our maintenance agreement is affordable and ensures that you have the most experienced staff on hand to maximize the use and performance of everStor software tools.
Services Provided
everStor provides each ASF Maintenance Agreement subscriber with the following services for a period of one year following the initial installation date:
- Update Service — all necessary updates and bug fixes for the licensed product(s).
- Documentation — documentation on all software updates developed for the licensed product(s).
- Technical support — telephone, on-line, fax and e-mail support for the licensed product(s).
Fees
The ASF subscription service fees are collected with the original software license fee(s) and on subsequent ASF anniversary dates.
Upgrades
End users who purchase software upgrades (such as an upgrade in capacity, an increase in number of clients or an added option) will be invoiced at the new upgraded ASF price prorated to the next anniversary date. Follow-on anniversary ASF invoices will reflect the upgraded configuration.
Warranty
Your original license purchase price includes a ninety (90) day warranty. The warranty period starts with the end user's original installation date. The warranty service includes the services described under the Services Provided paragraph. If the ASF Maintenance Agreement was not purchased with the original license and the services of everStor's support staff are desired after the warranty period expires, those services will be billed at everStor's then-published rates.
